Ooni, Alaafin, Alake, Elegushi, Traditional Rulers Unite to Celebrate Akamo’s 15th year Coronation Anniversary

The grand finale of the 15th year coronation anniversary of Olu Nla of Itori, Oba Abdul-Fatai Akorede Akamo, yesterday unites the feets of traditional rulers in yoruba land as Ooni of Ife, Alaafin of Oyo, Alaake of Egba and other monarchs meet in grand style at Itori, Ewekoro.

The grand finale of the coronation which was held at the Itori ‘King’s Court’ in Ewekoro welcomed high profile personalities world wide, ranging from traditional rulers to music icons, Nollywood icons, management of China Civil Engineering Company and others.

Akamo at the ‘one of its kind event’ was also honoured by the European-American University, which had recognised the contribution of the King to humanity, awarded him as the most influential individual in Nigeria.

Traditional rulers at the grand finale on Saturday to celebrate the 21st century monarch, Akamo, among others are the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi; the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Olayiwola Adeyemi; the Alake of Egbaland, Oba Micheal Adedotun Gbadebo; the Elegushi, Oba Saheed Elegushi; the Olofa of Ofa, Oba Muftau Gbadamosi and other royal fathers drawn from Ogun and other states, while Fuji music King, K1 de Ultimate thrilled entire hall with good music.
