ITORI DAY 2: Conferment of Chieftaincy Titles, Performance of Isese rites

In the mood of celebration of the 2019 Itori day and the 15th year coronation anniversary of Oba Abdul-Fatai Akorede Akamo, the Olu of Itori Land, the King has conferred chieftain titles on worthy Itori indigenes aftet performing ‘isese’ rites yesterday.

Oba Abdul-Fatai Akorede Akamo, the Olu of Itori Land in Ewekoro Local Government Area of Ogun State and the entire people of Itori who are still celebrating the 15th year coronation anniversary on throne of Akamo celebrate their loved ones who were honoured by the King as part of the coronation ceremony.

Certain individuals who were conferred chieftiancy titles by the Olu of Itori are; Adewale Akanni Akamo as the ‘Baale of Okeowo’, Fausat Sanni as the ‘Iyalode of Itori land’, and Chief Olagunju Emmanuel as the ‘Aare Tayese of Itori Land’.

Also entertaining the guests are ‘Ayo Olopon’ players where Abiola Femi and Iyabo Thomas emerged winners of the game, and Veteran Fuji singer, King DR Saheed Osupa who individually appeared to entertain Akamo.
