Nigeria’s Falconets have been drawn in Group B of the next FIFA Under-20 Women’s World Cup alongside Spain, Canada and Japan between 13th November and 3rd December in Papua New Guinea.
The draw, which was held in Zurich, Switzerland, saw the 2nd place finisher at the 2010 and 2014 editions placed in Group B.
The other African representatives, Ghana are in Group C alongside New Zealand, USA and France.
Ghana and Nigeria have represented Africa at the two-yearly tournament since the 2010 edition in Germany.
Meanwhile, host nation Papua New Guinea, Brazil, Sweden and Korea DPR have been placed in Group A while the defending champions, Germany will compete in Group D with Venezuela, Korea Republic and Mexico.
